It is a pleasure of the DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) to accept the invitation of Unity in Philia, a European non-profit organisation with a global presence, for participating in the “Athens Conference 2025: Culture, Innovation, Creativity” to be organized on 29th November 2025 at the Cultural Centre of the city of Athens (50 Academias str.). The main aim of the event is to highlight Athens as a global hub of cultural innovation and international cooperation.
DAISSy-HOU will be represented at the Conference by its Founder and Director, Professor of HOU Achilles Kameas, with the presentation, in cooperation with Ms Panagiota Polymeropoulou, Senior Researcher at DAISSy, "Culture and Tourism Professionals go Digital!“ at the "From Athens to the World: Bridges of Innovation, Creation and Culture“ thematic circle of the event starting at 10:30‘.

The conference is supported by the Municipality of Athens and aims to bring together all those who believe that bridges between cultures can truly change the world. This is in ling with the vision of DAISSy-HOU that supports all efforts which intend to unify innovation and culture through international dialogue for an equal and inclusive society of conscious and empowered people.
