The DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) invites interested candidates to apply in the International Postgraduate Program entitled "Training and Education in Social Innovation – Transnational Master (TESI-TN Master)”.
The goal of the TESI-TN Master is to train a new generation of Social Innovation Executives capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative social interventions and policies. The Program targets professionals from public organizations, enterprises, and third-sector entities, as well as individuals with professional experience in the social or public sector who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in social innovation. Greece is one of the eligible countries of the Adriatic-Ionian Macro-Region.
Participation Requirements:
- Second cycle degree / Master's degree (Bologna Process)
- English language proficiency — self-certification at Level B1 or above
Key Information:
- For the 2026–2027 academic year, the Program offers 25 places and is delivered in English.
- The Program corresponds to 60 ECTS and runs from January 2027 to March 2028. It includes in-person educational sessions in Bologna (Italy), online meetings, workshops, study visits, and a 15-day international internship.
- The deadline of applications is September 28, 2026.

- Registration of selected candidates will take place from November 9 to November 16, 2026.
Candidate selection process will be based on the relevance of the candidate's CV and academic/professional experience to social innovation, the motivation letter, and the English language proficiency.
Participation is fully funded. Travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses are covered for the in-person educational sessions in Bologna, as well as the expenses for the international internship.
Through its participation in the TESI-TN Master, DAISSy-HOU contributes to the development of a transnational ecosystem of education, research, and professional collaboration for social innovation, strengthening the connection between universities, public bodies, enterprises, and civil society organizations in the Adriatic-Ionian region.
