WATT ELSE

_ Description

WATT ELSE builds on the action carried out since 2011 on the North Franche-Comté which takes the form of meetings dedicated to the energy professions. This project aims to raise public awareness focusing on Middle and high school students who are invited to discover the energy professions through the know-how of local industrialists. Teachers, integration and guidance actors are invited to various events, visits to laboratories or companies. WATT ELSE relies on a collective energy players (companies, training organizations and universities, structures employment and local communities).

_ Outcomes

WATT ELSE will realise:

• 8 transnational meetings to promote the exchange of practices in parallel with 8 events on jobs in the energy sector,
• a 3-day training activity (presentation of trades, company visit, workshops)
• 2 progressive methodological activities involving each of the actors, one on mapping
• skills and training to measure training needs and the second to form local networks, expanding the initial concortium.
