DAISSy–HOU launches pilot short courses for Smart and Resilient Communities Officers

The DAISSy Research Group of the Hellenic Open University (HOU) launches the implementation of the pilot phase of the short courses of the “SMARCO – Blueprint for SMARt COmmunities’ Skills Development in Europe“ European project, currently undergoing by DAISSy-HOU as the Greek partner. This training cycle has been developed within the framework of SMARCO and currently is being piloted across six European countries, with DAISSy–HOU as the National Coordinator of the pilot in Greece. In parallel with the national pilot educational program, a multinational piloting activity is taking place, fostering cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange among participants.

Without these skills, digital environments can expose users to misinformation, online harassment, privacy violations, or patterns of use that undermine trust and participation.
