_ Description

The EU-funded Didactive project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme, aims to revolutionize vocational education and training (VET) by empowering adults—especially those facing disadvantages—to take control of their personal and professional development. The project promotes inclusive and innovative learning environments that help individuals overcome barriers to achieving their life and career goals. Driven by a vision for transformation in VET systems, Didactive emphasizes self-realization and supports adults in making reflective and proactive choices about their future. Its goal is to enable individuals to thrive in a knowledge-based economy and participate more fully in society. The project recently launched in Vienna, where partners from six European countries outlined key strategies and an action plan. These include piloting a blended training course, developing a methodological framework, and creating a community-based toolkit for trainers—all focused on inclusion and flexibility.
