INclusive TOURism professions. European curricula for accessible tourism manager and frontline staff
_ Description
The overall aim of the project is to equip managers and personnel in Tourism sector with the appropriate knowledge, skills, personal and transversal competences to provide adequate services for all the customers, especially those with special access requirements. To this aim, two professional profiles for Inclusive Tourism Manager and Inclusive Tourism Frontline Staff have been defined, based on the skill needs on the labour market and in training provision. Based on the profiles, two European curricula for Inclusive Tourism Manager and Inclusive Tourism Frontline Staff have been designed, accompanied with guidelines to support VET providers to design effective courses on accessible Tourism.
