TEGA
Training the Educators to facilitate the Teaching and Assessment of Abstract Syllabus by the use of Serious Games
_ Description
The project introduces analog and board games as a tool for teaching abstract concepts and transversal skills. To this aim, it explores the methodological, pedagogical and skills assessment aspect of the use of analog games in educational contexts, specifically in Higher Education. The project's methodological guide is the base for the development of relevant open educational resources and a MOOC on game-based teaching. Moreover, the project establishes an online community of practice to support the interaction and collaboration between educators, researchers, game designers and any other interested party.
