Higher Education Inclusiveness Index

_ Description

The project aims to develop and test an innovative "Higher Education Inclusiveness Index", i.e. a tool that allows Universities to map and assess their status in regards to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) principles, and specifically to the inclusion on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation in their environments. In order to achieve this, a. a set of objective indicators, as well as b. surveys targeting Higher Education Institutions’ (HEIs) staff and students have been developed, while c. the key areas for intervention have already been identified, allowing HEIs to progress their inclusion Policies, Programmes and initiatives.
